WHY SHOULD I RENT MY PROPERTY TO HYPERLUX?

Booking Questions

Please be advised that we have the option to either accept or decline updated reservation requests. In the case where a reservation has already been accepted, you will need to reach out for any changes. We will have the option to either approve or deny the changes, and the updated reservation will reflect. We kindly ask that you follow these simple steps to modify pending reservations to guarantee that your travel arrangements are both current and error-free.

If the reservation request has already been accepted, you will need to contact us directly to discuss cancellation. We will have the option to approve or decline the cancellation request, and any changes to the reservation will be reflected. If you cancel a reservation request before it is accepted, you will not be charged any fees. However, if you cancel a reservation request after it has been accepted, you may be subject to cancellation fees depending on the host’s cancellation policy.

If you need to make changes to your reservation or cancel it, you can do so from the reservation page as well. Keep in mind that there may be fees associated with changes or cancellations depending on the host’s cancellation policy.

Help on your reservations

If we cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund. We take cancellations very seriously and strive to ensure that they happen as infrequently as possible. If your we cancel your reservation, you will be notified immediately, and your payment will be refunded in full. 

There are a few different reasons why we might cancel a reservation, including unexpected circumstances, maintenance or repairs.

In any case, we try to avoid cancellations whenever possible.

Contact us first the first thing you should do is contact us, so we are aware that you forgot something at one of our luxury properties. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible about the item you left behind and we will see if we will be able to ship it to you or arrange for you to pick it up.

It’s important to note that HyperLux Properties is not responsible for lost or stolen items, and we are not required to ship items back to guests. However, we are happy to help guests retrieve their lost items if we are able to do so.

By following these steps, you can increase your chances of retrieving your lost item.

When you share your trip details via email, you will be prompted to enter the email addresses of the people you want to share your trip with. When you share via Facebook or Twitter, a post will be created on your profile with a link to your trip details. If you choose to share via a unique link, you can copy and paste the link anywhere you like.

The people you share your trip details with will be able to see information about the trip, including the dates, location, and any important details you have added to the itinerary. They will not be able to make any changes to the reservation or access any private information.

By following these simple steps, you can easily share trip details with friends, family, or anyone else you want to keep in the loop about your travel plans.
